The phrase "fire of Affliction" is often used to describe the troubles people face in life. According to the Bible, these troubles are meant to test one's faith, just as fire tests the genuineness of gold. By passing the test, "EL PASO", one's faith is more precious than gold and gives praise, glory and honor to our LORD GOD, Almighty Yahweh š
Adversity in life should not surprise us. Whether it arises from our own sins and mistakes or something else, adversity is a fact of mortal life. Some people think they should be spared from any adversity if they keep Godās commandments, but it is āin the furnace of afflictionā (Isaiah 48:10) that we are chosen. Affliction works out the corruption in the best heart, just as fire works out the "dross" from the gold.
šEven the Savior was not exempt:š
Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; āAnd being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey himā (Hebrews 5:8ā9).
Zec 13:9 referring to the end-time remnant of Israel, says, āAnd I will bring the third part through the fire, refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested, they will call on My name, and I will answer them; I will say, āThey are My people,ā and they will say, āThe Lord is My God.āā
To endure to the end, we need to trust our Father in Heaven and make wise choices, including paying our tithes and offerings, honoring our temple covenants, and serving the Lord and one another willingly and faithfully in our Church callings and responsibilities.
Psa 18:2 The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

In Matthew 5:14, Jesus tells His disciples, "You are the light of the world." As "salt", the Christian is to counteract the power of sin. As "light" we are to illuminate or make visible. Our lives are to be an on-going witness to the reality of Christ's presence in our lives. When we worship God with pure hearts, when we love others as ourselves, and when we do good without growing weary, we are lights shining. It is important, however to know that it is not our light, but the reflection of the Light of the world, Jesus Christ Himself, that people will see in us.
In Philippians 2:15, the apostle Paul says, "Believers, you are to shine as light in the world". The Greek word used here is very similar to the word for the beacon that a lighthouse emits. That beacon is bright and unmistakable in its purpose. It warns of danger. It directs to safe harbor. It provides hope for those who have lost hope. Everyday we are surrounded by people groping around in the darkness, separated from the God who ...
āX Marks the Spot.ā Jesus once said, āThe kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and then hid again; in his joy he went and sold all that he had and bought that field.ā
I heard about discovery of Jesusā blood on the ark of covenant by Ryan Watt. He concluded they found Jesusā blood ā¦.when they tested this blood the results were that Jesusā blood is still alive today, and it has 24 chromosomes: 23 from his mother and 1 from the Holy Spirit which proves the virgin birth. The 23 chromosomes helps to form a baby and the fatherās chromosomes decides gender of a baby.
"And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for HE IS RISEN, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that HE IS RISEN from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you." Matthew 28:5-7 KJV

In the book of Haggai, the prophet refers to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, as the Lordās āsignet ringā (Haggai 2:23). And in (2 Samuel 7:12ā13) āI will raise up your offspring after you, who shall come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.ā Zerubbabel was also the grandson of King Jehoiachin (1 Chronicles 3:17-19), and continuing the Davidic dynasty after the exile.
In scripture, signet rings were highly valued possessions. For example, the seal was used to validate official proclamations (Esther 3:10, 8:8).
For Christians, Zerubbabelās signet ring points ultimately to Christ. Jesus is the prophesied Son of David who would reign on the throne forever (Luke 1:32-33)
Signet rings also symbolized inheritance rights. The prodigal son was given the family ring when the father welcomed him home (Luke 15:22). Rings were also passed down to designate heirs and future family ...
